SimpleK12 1st Full Day Webinar

*This is a sketchnote that I created using the Adobe Illustrator Draw app. Inspired by Sylvia Duckworth.

Today was a fun filled day of PD in my PJs thanks to SimpleK12. Last week while browsing Twitter, I came across a tweet from Monica Burns about a full day FREE webinar from simplek12.com. As a self-proclaimed teacher-nerd, I decided I couldn't pass up the opportunity to attend a free webinar learning about technology integration (Plus, I needed my Online Tech Training badge from the GCISD Virtual Voyage). It was the best free day of learning ever. And I didn't even have to leave the house! I learned about new apps for assessing, coding, creating QR codes and tinkering. The best part was being able to collaborate with other teachers via the chat feature called titan pad. We shared our Twitter accounts and shared ideas as presenters were talking. Here are my notes from all of the sessions I attended today. I hope you'll find them helpful and maybe you will try a free webinar soon, too!

    1. Hi Ilze!

Thanks for reading. SimpleK12 truly has been one of the best PD discoveries this summer. Right now I'm earning enough bunny bucks to have a free full membership. But when time runs out or my bunny bucks run out, I will most definitely purchase a membership. Isn't it past bedtime there? You're still awake?

      Hope you get some rest!
